All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. UK orders will take 4 - 9 weeks while International orders will take 3 - 9 weeks. This may still vary, depending on the availability of the carrier provider, custom investigation, and location.

We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.
